1. Format a USB memory stick

Using a blank USB stick with at least 1gb of memory, reformat it in FAT32.

3. Copy update file to a USB memory stick:

Make sure your USB stick is connected to your computer.
Unzip the file on your computer. You are looking for a file ending in .exe
Open anthe .exe file
The program will ask you if you want to open it on a USB stick. Choose that option.
Copy the update file directly to the root of your USB stick. Do not put it inside a folder, and make sure there are no other update files on the stick.

4. Enter Update Mode

1. Turn off your sewing machine

2. Insert the USB stick into the port on the side of the machine.

3. Press and hold the Reverse button.

4. While holding the reverse button down, turn the power switch ON.

5. Continue holding the reverse button until the screen displays "Firmware Update Mode."

5. Complete the Installation

Once the machine recognizes the file, follow any prompts on the interactive touchscreen.
The update usually takes about 10–15 minutes.
Do not turn off the machine or remove the USB stick during this process, even if the screen appears to freeze or the machine restarts.
When finished, the machine will restart automatically and return to the main sewing screen.

After the update, you can verify the version by going into Settings > Machine Information.
